Our valve spring compressor tool is forged steel construction, for installation and removal of the valve spring, without removal of cylinder head from the engine.
Our valve spring remover and installer tool is used with the cylinder head still on the engine and in the car, or with the cylinder head removed

I like it better than plate-type compressors simply for the speed of just sliding from one spring to the next.The handgrip end that pushes up against crossbar could benefit from more notches and some kind of locking mechanism to ensure stability while depressing springs.It is overall built very well of heavy duty materials.The anchor bolts and washers that are included seem to be sturdy but I didn’t need them.I like that it includes a case to keep everything together on a shelf because I didn’t want to give up valuable toolbox space.It’s durable, it works, it saves time.
