I disassembled a sticky ignition switch from my Kawasaki VN1600 A3 motorcycle and discovered 1 of the 2 tiny springs inside was missing. Using a micrometer, I measured the remaining spring and began my search. A new, complete switch runs about $160. Since spring steel is more durable than stainless and the ignition switch is sealed from moisture, this was the way to go. I looked everywhere I could think to look. Good luck finding 1 or 2 of this size. I replaced both springs and the switch works like new and I have 48 spares. LOL.
